Book review: “Strange Weather in Tokyo” by Hiromi Kawakami

If someone asks me, “What`s your favorite culture to read?” my answer will definitely be “Japanese!”. I guess, maybe I was Japanese in one of my previous lives. I don`t know why, but I love most Japanese items, cultures, or loneliness. I know it sounds weird. But this is who I am.
About the book, it is a story about the daily relationship between a mid-thirties woman and a sixties man and their dialogue. The narrator is a woman therefore her thoughts will reflect other things. By reading the author`s other book reviews, she writes more about love, life, and human relationships. Just like this book but is totally worth it especially for those who feel loneliness and lack of love or love affairs. This was also translated into Mongolian with the name of “Токиогийн жигтэй агаар”.
I highly recommend this book. Furthermore, I have planning to read Hiromi Kawakami`s other books such as The Nakano Thrift Shop n The Ten loves of Mr. Nishino.
